The Southeast Asian Human Rights Studies Network (SEAHRN)

The Southeast Asian Human Rights Studies Network (SEAHRN) was set up to complement the works of AUN and also to implement activities that are beyond the ambit of AUN-HRE. SEAHRN has been actively working on promoting human rights education and research since it was established in 2009. The SEAHRN is a consortium of 22 university-based institutions with members from 7 Southeast Asian countries, namely, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. SEAHRN conducts study programs, education, research and outreach activities on human rights and peace.
